Hit Squad Reunion Show @ Best Buy Theatre NYC
The Hit Squad took over NYC this past friday night and Who's Gunna Take The Weight was in the building!! They had the whole crew from the Knuckelheads all the way up to The Hit Squad Cappo's EPMD and a special appearance from Method Man! The best part of this show wasn't one persons particular performance but the way the set the show up. They put the legendary DJ Scratch on the 1's & 2's and instead of letting each crew member come out and do a set of their hits, they went song for song pretty much. So Keith Murray would rock a joint and then Redman would bust out all of a sudden and then EPMD would come running out of nowhere..it was like a live Hit Squad mixtape..Here some of the highlights!
